For Love Life House: Redefining Real Estate Sales Centers

Jun Yang's Award-Winning Design Advocates Healthy Lifestyle and Sustainability

The For Love Life House is not just a sales center. It's a statement of Baoding Aicheng Real Estate's brand image and philosophy, advocating a healthy sports lifestyle while ensuring practicality for customers. The design's unique properties include the integration of the company's VI system and LOGO, creating a colorful and dynamic space that reflects the vibrancy of life.

What sets this design apart is its focus on sustainability. The walls are made from recyclable plasterboard and coated with white environmental latex paint, ensuring no irritating smell. The black mirror steel on the top not only enhances the visual space but also increases overall brightness, reducing the need for various lighting arrangements, thus saving costs and power consumption.

One of the most striking features of the For Love Life House is its colorful runway. This rainbow-like path extends to every area of the sales office, guiding customers to different experience areas. The floor is decorated with glass tiles instead of marble, reducing environmental damage and radiation. This design choice reflects the philosophy of health, environmental protection, and recycling that underpins the project.

The project, which covers a total of 1200 square meters, was completed in April 2010 in Changshu, after starting in January 2009. The design team, led by Jun Yang and Tingting Huang, with assistance from Lihui Pan, faced the challenge of creating a shared space that was immersive while maintaining sales function. They succeeded in creating a space that not only serves its primary function but also sets off the sports theme.
